Sydney Nakken grew up in Salt Lake City where she attended Brighton High School. While studing English and math at Southern Utah University, she met her husband Robert. They both graduated one week and were married the next! Five weeks after their wedding, they moved to St. Louis for medical school and later to Milwaukee for residency. They are the parents of five children, and now live in Cedar City where Robert is an orthopedic surgeon. Sydney enjoys running marathons! She and her family also enjoy four-wheeling at their cabin at Duck Creek. Somehow she finds time to create and sew Halloween costumes. |
